Self protection decisions are MORE important than techniques so let’s focus on making ONE good FIRST decision to help us STAY SAFE.

Please join us for this FREE community event to discuss self protection options through distance management, and de-escalation. Learn how to maximize the decision process and how to make a 911 call.

Shelley Hill from The Complete Combatant, LLC will be focusing on 5 main topics:

  1. Conflict Resolution and Avoidance
  2. How to avoid being a victim
  3. Reactionary Zones
  4. De-escalation
  5. Communication

Shelley has identified gaps in defensive mindset training and leverages unique ways to learn skills for self-protection & readiness. She’s developed a multitude of courses based on human cognitive and reactionary tendencies. Her programs have been used in communities and school systems across the United States to help people make better decisions on how to go about their day.

The course curriculum is going to be a combination of their Image Based Decisional Drills (IBDD) class, Reactionary Zones, Smart Choices, and Communication in Crisis
