Legislation was drafted to amend the regulations of the Castleberry Hill Landmark District Historic Core, Subarea 1 so as to allow hotels up to 50 rooms. This item will appear on your September NPU agenda for a vote. The ZRB will hear the item either October 4 or October 11, 2018.
