Centennial Olympic Park Hosts Annual 4th of July Celebration

Centennial Olympic Park is gearing up to host the annual 4th of July Celebration, the largest fireworks show in the Southeast!  For more information about this year’s show that will be headlined by JFly and Friends, Bobby Brown, Kristian Bush, Ann Nesby, and CeCe Peniston, visit here. This year, the park has partnered with Lenox Square to combine shows. Due to this,  expect larger crowds than in previous years.  During set up, host and break down the following roads will be closed:

Park Avenue West : Between Marietta Street and Baker Street
– July 2nd,3rd: Lane closest to park closed; street is one way traffic
– July 4th: Road closed; resident/businesses allowed with dash pass
– July 5th: Lane closest to park closed; street is one way traffic

Baker Street : Between Park Avenue West and Centennial Olympic Park Drive
– July 2nd, 3rd: Eastbound lanes closed including sidewalk closest to the Park
– July 4th: Entire road closed
– July 5th: Eastbound lanes closed including sidewalk closest to the Park

Centennial Olympic Park Drive: Between Baker Street and Marietta Street
– July 4th, 3pm-10pm: western lane closest to park closed
