The wait is over! Early Bird Tickets are now on sale for the 2026 Castleberry Hill Loft Tour & Wine Tasting, returning to Atlanta’s historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood on Saturday, October 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Produced by the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association and presented by Centennial Yards, this annual event offers a rare opportunity to step inside private lofts, enjoy wine tastings hosted by neighborhood businesses, and experience the creativity, character, and culture that make Castleberry Hill one of Atlanta’s most distinctive urban communities.

Guests will explore a curated collection of lofts housed within historic warehouse buildings, discover local galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and public art, and enjoy wine tastings throughout the district. New experiences and participating locations will continue to be announced in the coming months.

The event will also feature the Castleberry Hill Insider Experience with Manny Recinos of Common Ground Real Estate, offering attendees a unique perspective on the neighborhood’s history, architecture, growth, and community.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Castleberry Hill or visiting for the first time, the Loft Tour & Wine Tasting is the perfect opportunity to experience the neighborhood where history, art, and urban living come together.

Castleberry Hill Second Friday Art Stroll

Castleberry Hill comes alive on the second Friday of each month during the Art Stroll, one of Atlanta’s longest-running and most vibrant neighborhood art events.

Explore a rotating lineup of gallery exhibitions, open studios, pop-up installations, and creative spaces tucked throughout our historic arts district. Featured stops include Nina Baldwin Gallery, Old Rabbit Gallery, Besharat Gallery, Peters Street Station, Bookstore Gallery, and Atlantucky—along with many other locally loved venues and artists.

From fine art to street murals, live music to curated cocktails, the Art Stroll offers something for every kind of art lover. Many locations featured on the annual Loft Tour & Wine Tasting  also participate in the monthly stroll, so it’s a great way to stay connected to the Castleberry creative scene year-round.

The Art Stroll is free, self-guided, and open to all. Start your evening at any participating location and follow the vibe from there.

Loft Tour returns for 2024!

We’re excited to bring back Loft Tour this year! This is a great opportunity for sponsorship and to show off your fabulous loft.

The Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association is proud to announce the much-anticipated date for the 2024 Castleberry Hill Loft Tour. This year’s Loft Tour will be held October 20th 11am – 5pm. Tour goers and sponsors will have a peek into the lives of the people who call this eclectic neighborhood home. Our homes, our restaurants, our galleries and boutiques will be open for you to explore!

Castleberry Hill is located just seconds from the CNN Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta. A far cry from the days of, “Snake Nation”, where Castleberry Hill functioned as a red-light district, this Historic + Art District has been named one of the Top 10 Art Districts in the country. Castleberry Hill has also been used numerous times for filming from TV to the big screen and everything in between. SuperFly, Captain America: Civil War, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Game night, Sleepy Hollow, Triple Nine, The Fast and Furious, Vampire Diaries and The Walking Dead, have all been filmed here.

Sept.30 Urban Regatta!

The Urban Regatta is Atlanta’s newest neighborhood festival in Historic Castleberry Hill: September 30, 12-7pm

This annual #bikeboat street race is now a community celebration with an artist market and pop-up events at our local businesses. This event is FREE to attend. If you wish to build a #BikeBoat, the cost is $50 for adults and $15 for kiddos. The fee includes secure parking for the day.
