Castleberry Loft Tour Celebrates the Artists Behind Black Girl Beautiful
The Castleberry Hill Loft Tour is proud to announce that the 2026 commemorative T-shirt will be inspired by Black Girl Beautiful, one of the neighborhood’s most beloved and recognizable public artworks.
Located in the heart of Castleberry Hill, the mural has become a vibrant symbol of creativity, culture, representation, and community pride. Created through a collaboration between artist Faatimah Stevens and Black Girl Beautiful founder Nikia Phoenix, the artwork continues to inspire residents and visitors alike while serving as one of the neighborhood’s most photographed landmarks.
As part of this year’s Loft Tour, we are honored to recognize the artists whose vision helped transform a shared public space into a meaningful work of community storytelling.
The commemorative T-shirt will feature original artwork inspired by the mural and will celebrate the spirit of creativity and connection that has long defined Castleberry Hill.
About the Artists
Faatimah Stevens is a multidisciplinary designer, painter, muralist, and educator whose work bridges fine art, design, and cultural storytelling. Her murals have become widely recognized throughout Atlanta for their distinctive visual language and ability to transform public spaces into places of reflection, beauty, and cultural dialogue.
