Hotel Phoenix Celebration Marks Continued Momentum for Downtown Atlanta

This past weekend, Centennial Yards celebrated the official launch of Hotel Phoenix, welcoming investors, city leaders, and community stakeholders to mark another milestone in the transformation of Downtown Atlanta.

The event highlighted the growing momentum surrounding the Centennial Yards development and the broader evolution of the west side corridor — particularly as Atlanta prepares for increased global attention in the lead-up to the 2026 World Cup.

Located just steps from Castleberry Hill, Hotel Phoenix represents continued investment in hospitality, infrastructure, and energy within our immediate neighboring district. As long-standing advocates for thoughtful growth and vibrant community development, we are encouraged to see progress that contributes to a more connected and dynamic Downtown.

Castleberry Hill remains proud to be part of the fabric of this evolving landscape — balancing historic character, creative culture, and forward-looking momentum.

We look forward to welcoming visitors to the neighborhood this October for the 2026 Castleberry Loft Tour & Wine Tasting, right in the heart of it all.
